Dear Expats,
My name is Izabela Holmes and I am currently writing a doctoral dissertation on the following topic: “Leadership Journeys in the Cross-Cultural Context of Expatriate Assignments”.

I am looking to interview several American managers who have transitioned to work in Japan and lead local teams there. I will be traveling to Japan in April – May next year and would love to connect with folks who could (confidentially) share their journey with me and add to the body of knowledge in the topic of expatriate assignments.
