I know of a couple who have lived in Oman and Dubai. The male works in an oil company and continues to do so in Dubai. Starting from around 2006 till now. They have a home in the UK but only return for short holidays. A very small time in the UK each year.
I suspect they may not be paying tax in the UK and have not declared that they have been living overseas all these years and working in oil companies tax free. Should they?
Any Advice or suggestions?
