The Council Tax Office can also be contacted by phone. Antwoord is the telephone service offered by the city of Amsterdam that allows all Amsterdam residents to pose questions to the city council. The telephone number for Antwoord is 14 020. Please note: you do not have to dial the 020 area code first, but it is only possible to dial from a Dutch phone. Antwoord can be contacted from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
