Baby-sitting and nanny services are available through a number of companies. However, you should be sure to interview all prospective employees and make sure you are entirely happy. Once you meet neighbours and fellow parents, they may be able to recommend baby-sitters or nannies.

Expect to pay 100-200 baht an hour for a babysitter hired through an agency. There is no lack of Thai women willing to do babysitting and you will likely get many offers if you mention it to your Thai neighbors or condo management. However, it is best to either employ someone you know, like the relative of friends, or to hire someone from an agency.
