Comments: Part of the China World Trade Center complex, the north and south lodges of the China World Trade Apartments provide full service living in the heart of the Central Business District, right on the Line 1 subway line (which is also an interchange line). A kindergarten is located in the south lodge apartment tower. Although perhaps the priciest option, the benefits of being located in a complex of three office blocks, two luxury hotels, an exhibition hall, conference facilities, designer stores, and restaurants in a luxury mall environment (which includes an ice skating rink), makes it a prime spot. These residences are one of the original serviced apartment options in Beijing but are still known as a very high-end choice. It houses two 30-storey towers (the North Lodge and South Lodge) offering 401 apartments. All apartments have a lounge, dining room and bedrooms, and fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Residents can use the facilities in the China World Shangri-La Hotel attached to the complex. Housekeeping, dry-cleaning and laundry services are available while technical crews and security staff are on 24-hour duties.
