Most of the apartments are rented with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. If not in the unit, the washing machine and dryer may be located in a common area. If the advertisement says furnished, it means that it is rented with all the equipments and furniture needed to live in. Most of the accommodations are unfurnished except the kitchen as stated above.
The number of rooms is counted in bedrooms and bathrooms available. It starts then with studio, then one bedroom and one bathroom up to 4-5 bedrooms. The surfaces are in square feet. For your information, the average surfaces are as following:
