Dog-friendly Places:
Places where dogs are welcome are few and far between.
For walks there are two main areas in the city. These are the area behind the camel market in Nad Al Sheba, and the desert area in Al Warqa.
Dogs are also welcome at the following bars/cafes: the Irish Village in Al Garhoud, the Lime Tree Cafe on Jumeirah Beach Road, and Perk Cafe in Um Suqiem.

Insurance for Pets:
There are currently no insurance companies in the city offering pet insurance. Consult your veterinarian for any updates to this situation.
Kennels:
There are a limited number of kennels with a limited number of spaces. It is often necessary to make booking several months in advance, especially for the summer vacation.
