Guide on Study in Dubai
Those wanting to come to Dubai to study must apply for a special student visit visa. This will only be given to students who are registered at an education establishment in Dubai. The school, university or college will deal with all the procedures and these will differ according to your nationality, the type of institution and the length of course you are taking.
Typically, you will be issued with a 60-day visa which can be renewed twice to give a maximum stay of 180 days.
The initial cost is AED 1,110 and each extension will cost a further AED 610. A refundable deposit of AED 1,000 must also be paid.
