A school year is split into semesters with a Fall Holiday in the first semester and a Spring Break in the second semester. Each school district has their own schedule; but they are generally close, being no more than one or two weeks from the others. - September 6th, 2010 –Labor Day Holiday
- September 17th, 2010 – Fall Holiday
- November 24-26th, 2010 – Thanksgiving Holiday
- December 17th, 2010 – Last day of first semester
- Winter Break, no attendance until first day of next semester.
- January 4th, 2011 – First day of second semester
- January 178th, 2011 – Martin Luther’s King Jr. Day Holiday
- February 21th, 2011 – President’s Day
- March 14-18th, 2011 – Spring Break
- April 22nd, 20110 – Spring Holiday
- May 30th, 2011 – Last day of school
