While you can certainly search for a job while you are in the USA, you really can’t accepta full time job while you are on a visitor’s visa to the USA. You may under certain conditions convert a B2 visa (visitors visa) to an H1B work visa but this process is generally considered to be extremely risky and if you plan to live and work in the USA in the fututre most immigration attorneys do not recommend it. See the previous section on Reconnaissance to apply for a visitor’s visa which will enable you to spend time in the United States legally.
