It is not normally possible to obtain a work visa (Z) while you’re doing an internship since they do not typically include a work contract. As internships don’t last more than six months or one year, though, a business visa (F) is a viable option. The company should provide the invitation letter. In case that this is not possible, your best option is to enroll in an official university course to get a student visa (X). Another possibility is to stay with a tourist visa (L), but in this case you will have to go to Hong Kong, to get a new one, at least every three months.
