There are many flea markets in Sydney, all with their own distinct flair. A little light bargaining is acceptable but not practiced by everyone. Below are a selection of the more well-known markets in Sydney.Rocks Markets
Located in Sydney’s oldest city suburbs. The Rocks is rich in colonial history and architecture and a beautiful place to wander through. It can be a bit touristy but the quality is high with strict entry levels for stall holders.

Paddington Markets
Over 250 stalls selling arts, crafts and fashion by local designers and craft makers. Probably the best known markets after the Rocks Markets. Many of the stall holders have been there for years and run the stall instead of a shop so the quality is comparable with some shops.

Bondi Markets
Many local designers started by selling their fashion at this market. It’s a great place to buy fashion from emerging designers while their pieces are inexpensive. These markets are located across from the beach.

Great city edge market for second hand clothes for alternative and city fashion.

Glebe markets reflects the alternative community of Glebe. You can find recycled fashion and independent local design and crafts.
