Traditional kitchen and dining equipment can be purchased at most department stores across the city, but Tokyo’s famed Kappabashi district (https://www.kappabashi.or.jp/en/, Nishi Asakusa 3-chome, Taito-ku) has nearly 200 stores that are dedicated to selling products and ingredients for the kitchen.
