Hi,
I am Indian national by birth (Male) and married to hong kong national (female). I have two kids born in Hong Kong, one of my kid is holding hong kong passport and ID card. Other one still not applied. One kid is 4 years old and other is 2 years old. I need to apply Indian Passport for them. What should I do?
Do I need to surrender the Hong Kong passport for my Kid to apply for Indian passport?
Can my kids stay in Hong Kong after getting Indian Passport based on Birth?
Can my kids apply Hong Kong Passport again later in future?
