Hey All!
I (a US citizen) live with my fiance in the UK. My fiance is a former US citizen who revoked her citizenship at the age of 18. A great work opportunity awaits me back in the US and my fiance and I want to know if she will have the right to attain the same spousal visa any US citizen’s spouse would be eligible for.
Does anyone know the answer to this most pressing question?
