There is no problem filing your taxes in the USA.
If you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien living or traveling outside the United States, you generally are required to file income tax returns, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns and pay estimated tax in the same way as those residing in the United States. Your income, filing status, and age generally determine whether you must file a return. Generally, you must file a return if your gross income from worldwide sources is at least $10400 for single (20800 married filing joint)
Generally, if you have earned income and establiahes a tax home in UAE, you may able to exclude all or part of your earned income up to 102k USD.
You can also visit the IRS website related to international taxpayers filing requirements here : https://www.irs.gov/
If you need additional help, please get in touch. Thanks.
