Booked a holiday in tampico,mexico. Will be there 3 weeks. we are canadian. Know they have had thier troubles in the past. Any one know how it is these days…2016??

Tampico is a very safe area in Mexico, The US government issues a travel warning every couple of months with regions of Mexico where travel is not advised, and Tampico has no travel alert according to their last issue published in January 2016.
