My mom is requesting the USA Citizenship because her father that passed away was US Citizen.
In the embassy she was told that she lost her citizenship because she has never lived in USA.
They said in order to request the USA Passport she has to fill the form DS-4079 and then request the citizenship again….. If she lost it, why she has to relinquish to the US Citizenship?
