    I am renouncing my USA Citizenship in Toronto in September. I have been told that I may be able to use VISA in place of a certified cheque. Can you advise me if this is possible?

    Exactly how does one renounce their U.S. citizenship? Once you dump it, under what passport do you plan to travel?
