Morning all,
Apologies if this has been answered before (I did have a good look and can’t find anything).
My husband has the right to abode in the UK (his mother is English), I am an NZ citizen and could apply for a 1 year working holiday visa but am wondering if I can enter with him on his right to abode?
We have been married 2 years and together 4 if that makes any difference.
Thanks in advance

Hi NaeTeaspoon,
You’ll probably be best off speaking to an immigration lawyer as I’m not sure there’s always a clear-cut answer to these types of questions. You may find some help on the UK Border Agency website:

I’m sorry I can’t give you a better answer at the moment.
George
