According to the Slate the Trump Administration Justice Department has submitted an argument to the Federal Courts arguing that US Citizens who have permanently moved from their States to a US Territory (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, N. Marianas, Guam, etc.) should no longer have the right to vote in Federal Elections. If these US Citizens have no right to participation in Federal elections then it seems that the right to vote for all US Expats is potentially threatened.
