I had heard that Vietnam was somewhat in chaos, people attacked enterprise’s clerks,and a girl won’t be safe to go there alone….

I come from Vietnam, thus I am glad to confirm that all your worries is solved. The tension on sea does not affect at all Vietnam tourism.
