Designated household good stores are rare. Your best bet is to try major supercenters such as Auchan (see Food > Hyper/Supermarkets), and furniture stores like IKEA and Tvoi Dom (see Home Furnishings), which have very large selections of kitchen and dining equipment. You can also try your local district market for budget prices.
