Once a child is matriculated into a school, opportunities for parent involvement will be plenty. The ways in which parents can be involved in their children’s education are as varied as the children themselves. Chaperones, fundraisers, homework helpers, and school group leaders are just a few of the titles that parents can have. Inquiring at the school orientation about parent run organizations or other opportunities for involvement is a good way to get started.
